Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate

Microsoft Power Automate had been used in the integration of our Survey feedback into Ms Teams. where users now directly receive the survey as workflows in Ms Teams

Pros

  • It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams and outlook

Cons

  • The new interface has limited actions making modifications hard. one has to change to the old feature before features can be found
  • Ability to easily automate cumbersome workload.
  • it has improved efficiency by cutting our workloads to half
  • allowed us to explore possibilities of automating repetitive actions
