We use Microsoft Publisher to create high standard documents and infographics for sharing department- or company-wide. It gives a more professional look than Microsoft Word when the document is more flow or picture based, rather than pure written content.

- Unable to edit WordArt
- No extra fee as included within MS Office 365 suite.
It works better than PowerPoint if it is one-page sharing content or poster, as opposed to a full presentation.
It doesn't have as much functionality as Canva, but is more cost effective as it is included with the MS Office 365 Suite.
