Overall Satisfaction with MightyRecruiter
I signed up for the free version of MightyRecruiter after cancelling our other ATS platform last year during the pandemic. I needed a platform to keep track of candidates without having to pay a hefty subscription fee.
Pros
- Offers a free version
Cons
- Provide the option to download a report of all candidates
- Improve how candidate information is transferred once resumes are uploaded
- Allow users to upload resumes more effectively
- Allow users to delete and edit candidates
- It allowed me to keep somewhat of an ATS during the pandemic
- It actually made more work for me in the long run but since it was the free version, there was really no investment
