Overall Satisfaction with Mikogo
I need to support remote locations in my current organization, and many times, it's just best to be hands-on rather than provide instruction over the phone or through email. Many times I am troubleshooting issues where I need to be able to log into a user's PC and look at configurations on various files or programs, and Mikogo has helped me to be able to do with ease.
- Allow remote access to a users PC's
- Share my screen for visual assistance
- I'd like to be able to record a session easier.
- Saves time and money in travel expenses to support remote locations for IT purposes.
I see a lot of the same functionality with both programs. From a presentation and meeting aspect, they are virtually the same. Where Mikogo stands out, in my opinion, is when it comes to remote access.
