Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Advanced Email Security

This email filter provides great customization for allowing valid emails through and keeping malicious emails out.

Pros

  • Adding email rules for specific users
  • Great support team and quick response for support tickets
  • Customizing permitted senders per user reduces the amount of time I have to manage the filter to release held emails.
It takes a little bit to find ones way around the dashboard and sometimes find where to go to edit a policy or make a change, but support is very thorough in providing the correct answers.
Integrates easily with Exchange
Customized settings per end user is tremendously helpful and efficient.
