Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Awareness Training
We use it for security training for our staff members. This training helps increase knowledge of threats and good cybersecurity practices. We hope that this will protect our users and our organization against security treats and breaches. We wanted to find something that presents this important information in a fun and memorable way.
Pros
- The training videos target specific types of threats.
- The videos are professionally written and are entertaining and educational.
- There is a good reporting component that allows us to monitor the training.
Cons
- It would be nice if there was a way to share this with employee family members as poor security practices at home can affect work performance.
- I think has reduced people being tricked by scams. It's hard to say for sure but people seem much more hesitant to click on random links in emails they receive.
Not sure what MESCG is ....
We have received positive feedback about how the content is presented. We can easily contrast this with other safety training we are forced to complete. The other safety training is a chore to complete -- time consuming and boring.
