Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Cloud Archive

We used Mimecast Cloud Archive for a number of years for our primary email archive system. It helped us expand and scale with growth.

Cons

  • Sometimes the Admin interface is difficult to navigate.
I think the Admin interface is a little difficult to navigate. Other than that, I think it's a great cloud platform.
I think the Mimecast Cloud Archive's performance is very good. It is fast and can pull up a large amount of data quickly.
It has been always available and I it had very few unplanned outages. It was very reliable for us.

We are happy with Mimecast Cloud Archive. It also has features such as legal hold that was helpful. It was fast and easy to search email.
