Using Mimecast Cloud Archive is seamless the UI is extremely intuitive users are able to log in and get any email that they had deleted, their folder structure is the same as their normal mailbox so its easy to navigate for them as well! I love that when Mimecast is setup there is little to no intervention I have to do for users.
Pages load fairly fast, searching archive is quick and easy, filtering out emails is good too! Delegating access to others mailboxes is a breeze, Lit holds are easy to setup Mimecast is a great all around archive tool for any admin looking for easy to use and navigate! It integrated with our gsuite and exchange environments extremely well.
100% Mimecast Cloud Archive we love the tool we know we can count on an email being in Mimecast when its been deleted from exchange we've never had an issue of availability with Mimecast always 100% never lost an email yet! Mimecast is an amazing tool for the money! Totally recommend to other collogues in the field.
We loved the intuitive dashboard and user management aspect and almost zero touch once configured, the ability for it to archive everything sent and received how quick it is to be able to delegate a former employees archive to someone else the ability to export content and quick search functions!

I had 2 users who left the company and when they left the deleted all their emails and cleared their trash and recover deleted items. We were able to log into Mimecast Cloud Archive and completely restore the mailboxes in roughly an hour and pull critical client emails with out loosing any time.
