Overall Satisfaction with MINDBODY
MINDBODY is our booking and reporting system for our facility. It allows our members to view their classes to book them online, and it gives us reporting on various membership aspects, retails, stock, and payroll for our teachers.
- Access Control
- Membership Reporting
- Good integration
- No payment integration with South Africa makes it a sophisticated and manual process.
- Some features are difficult to use
- We have our own app within the environment, and it would be great to personalize our offering with this usage.
- It's costly for us with our exchange rate, and considering that there is a large part we have to reconcile manually, I often wonder if it makes sense to continue using it.
We are currently in the process of evaluating other products.
