Overall Satisfaction with Mindflash

Our organization is using Mindflash to provide sales and product certification training. Sales certification provides the necessary information to our customers on selling, quoting and presenting our products effectively. Post sales, we require our customers to get product certification training to properly install and achieve proper product settings needed for successful implementation.

Both our sales and support divisions use Mindflash to achieve pre and post sales efforts. The key business problem Mindflash [addresses for] our organization is effective online training to our customers. We have the ability to provide efficient and effective content using Mindflash's software allowing us to enhance our product certification and training efforts.

  • Integration with Salesforce using professional level software. Mindflash's limited integration to only work with the higher level of Salesforce product.
  • More brand customization for multiple product line trainings.
  • Communication of trainers using Mindflash and sales team. We have multiple trainers sending invitations for training with no way for them to communicate with our sales team when a person has completed training.
  • Our organization cuts travel expenses for our field engineers dramatically.
  • We provide a training tool that helps improve brand recognition with our customers. We have seen a higher level of comfortability when applying our products creating increased repeat sales.
  • Using Mindflash has significantly dropped technical support calls for the products we have provided training for.
  • Negatively, our organization has to address inter-communication during the training process that Mindflash does not provide. We have to ensure our trainers are communicating with our sales team when a trainee goes through our online training process.
Our organization found Mindflash's pre-sales experience to be a lot smoother than its competitors. Ultimately, we felt their software was easier to use and had more business functions than other options. They provided one on one information calls, webinars and quotes for our effort in a timely, efficient manner. Post sales, Mindflash's online information and its own product training was straight forward. Their account management back end support has been fabulous.
I believe Mindflash is perfect for corporate training in any industry. It's quick, efficient and provides an unprecedented platform to provide training information digitally. Especially when you do not have enough resources to provide in-person training that requires detailed attention covering a massive territory.
