Mixpanel was used for app usage and to monitor user experience. One of the main channels was an app that was used to buy and control music in retail/entertainment places around the world, so the app was a privileged interface with our customers. Mixpanel was then used to monitor and analyze how the app was used, from the sign-up to the payment to the selection of the product. Mixpanel provides great analytics as long as you know how to make sure you can track all the different steps and journeys within the app from a customer POV.
