Overall Satisfaction with Mobilize

We use Mobilize to manage our event sign-ups and handle automated attendance confirmations via email and text for both in-person and digital events in support of our advocacy and organizing programs. This has allowed us to take the burden of confirmation off of our organizing team, which enables them to focus on driving new supporters to events rather than confirming existing ones and has significantly cut our flake rates.

Before using Mobilize, we were handling confirmations using traditional organizing methods. By shifting to Mobilize, we freed up our organizers to focus on new volunteer recruitment and cut our flake rate significantly. We still use EveryAction from NGP-VAN, but we set up Mobilize to interface directly with that system via API.

Mobilize is well suited to any situation where you are trying to recruit large numbers of attendees for events and confirm them to keep your flake rate low. For our organization, this was true for our in-person organizing events like postcard parties and phone banks before the pandemic as well as for our digital events like webinars or virtual phone banks during the pandemic.
