Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

We widely use Momentum.io for sales in our org and it has been very useful starting from Momentum.io capturing the Minutes of meeting and sharing it to the sales reps which helps drive the meetings better. And as Admins we have provided AI seat user profile to all the users.

Pros

  • Perfect Notes taking from the meetings and providing it for the users. There have been no mistakes from the meetings so far
  • Love the native language option out der. This works widely and takes the exact notes from the native conversations too
  • The ability to provide more connectivity options like Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, etc.
  • The team is always upgrading the platform with more features
  • Price point is also one of the best ones in this app

Cons

  • As mentioned previously Momentum.io does its own things in terms of updates and constantly keeps upgrading the app for the users and has nothing left behind to complain about
  • It could add more help texts for the end users
  • Others are good, perfect app and the AI works the best
  • It has significantly increased the accuracy of the conversations had and pasted out there in the opp fields
  • Helps drive the entire sales process better
  • The sales account managers do not have to check back the points pasted out der in the salesforce objects
I give this rating as we started this with a very small set of users and now for Zscaler we use it in huge amounts. We have never seen apps doing so with so much accuracy. Now it has grown to almost 2000 licenses and we are still left with multiple phases of rollouts. No concerns from the users too. Once setup it works smoothly.

The latest update is where Momentum.io has started taking the important key notes, next steps and started updating it in our Salesforce org on opportunities. Now this is a game changer as the reps don't have to manually type in the scope of the product, revenue generated, and next steps with the customer. This works like magic as it finds the relevant opportunity and updates a few fields. This has been appreciated by the sales leaders as it saves time for the sales reps and helps drive the sales better. We manage the app and we are very happy for the features. We are driving this in phases. Now the account managers have complete access, next is sales engineers and the development reps.

Using Momentum.io

2000 - Sales leaders, reps use this. It is used for driving sales. Also we are representing it for our customer success and technical success managers. We are doing this in phases.
20 - To support Momentum.io, you need people and skills in software engineering (frontend, backend, and platform engineering with modern frameworks like React, and experience with cloud infrastructure like GCP), AI/ML, data science, sales operations (RevOps), and customer success. Additionally, soft skills like customer empathy, strong problem-solving, technical leadership, adaptability, and a collaborative, growth-minded approach are crucial for success in their fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

There's no doubt in this of renewal. We are all set and planning in phases to acquire more and more licenses. We provide AI licenses to sales account managers on the very first day. This is a mandatory onboarding step. Everything is going well.
