Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io
We use Momentum across the GTM org:
- AE > CSM Handoff
- CSM > AM Handoff
- Specific customer actions take place (e.g. starting a trial of our product)
Assigning accounts, coordinating between individuals, and ensuring smoother handoffs for the customer are all improved as a result.
As our company grows it would be too hard to manage at scale without Momentum.

Pros
- Keep different teams accountable
- Standardize communication and knowledge sharing
- Provide a record of customer actions (e.g. accounts being assigned) that is easily searchable
Cons
- While it is easy to learn and use, any onboarding/training materials being proactively surfaced would help drive adoption
- Increased GTM productivity (a GTM team of X size can handle a larger book of customers)
- Higher customer CSAT
- LevelJump.io and Totango
Both LevelJump and Totango had some overlap (despite being CSP's). Specifically, when it comes to account handoffs. Momentum doesn't go as in depth but still provides an easy handoff from AE > CSM > AM, and tracks the process well.
