Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We mainly use it for project management of marketing campaigns, creative and graphic requests, and product development lifecycle management. We also use it for individual management of personal tasks to manage the day-to-day items that come up for each person on the creative and marketing side of the company.

We have no so savvy computer people on our team and they are able to use monday.com because of how easy it is to navigate and do what you need to do. I've found the platform easy to build what you need using the templates as the base, especially because they have templates for everything you can think of.
I have used their customer service one time. It was a question about integration surrounding social media platforms. They were able to answer my question quickly via the chat function.

Monday.com is great for project management. The ability to set deadlines, create subtasks under a main task and assign them to different members of the team is great. Keeps things all under the same project. Also, manage your personal tasks on a board of your own to know, outside of major projects, what you need to accomplish daily.
