Their customer service is great. They are very quick to respond, and either direct you to the solution for your problem or suggest a work around if that exact option is not yet available. They have also told me that they will forward my idea on to the development team which is helpful as well. Sometimes it would be nice to talk to the same person regarding an issue, as different people will respond throughout the email chain a lot of times, but it allows them to respond quickly and gain different perspectives.

I’ve only used the FAQ section before, and that has been enough to answer my questions. I give an 8 because the FAQs should answer questions, and then hopefully, the customer won’t have to reach out to support. However, I can’t give a 10 because I’ve never used support (never had to.)

We haven't needed technical support for our usage of the platform but I have access to their training resources and blog articles to help us learn how to use the tool more effectively. There are also many great video tutorials if you get stuck creating automation or templates. I can imagine they would have great support.

Honestly, I haven't called monday's support, because, the few times that some help was needed, the area coordinator is in charge of looking for solutions. But, if I have a reference from her, praising the support received, because in a few minutes or at most hours, everything is normal. It's amazing how fast and effective they are.

I gave a 10, however, I have never needed to reach out to their support. I prefer self-led training, so if I ever ran into an issue, I was able to find a solution immediately in their knowledge base. It's insane how they have created a product-led software that really doesn't require direct support or implementation help. It's just easy. That being said, I can appreciate that there is direct support on hand if needed.

I've never had to use customer support for Monday, so I am not best placed to answer this question. We've had no entry problems on the application and no data lost, so the amount of support needed is very minimal. All of which makes it less of a headache to use.

As a user, I never used the Customer Support for any problem. Considering the IT review in the last meeting, I really believe that monday.com has a good Customer Support, considering that we never had any problem or technical issue that blocked us to do our job. So I believe in the Customer Center of monday.com.

I haven't contacted them yet so not sure, but our team did have a custom tutorial webchat early on when we started using it so we could ask questions and have things explained by one of their employees!

Any time we've had a question or issue with a component of monday.com, the support team has been responsive and prompt. They make sure we completely understand the cause of our issue as well as how to alleviate in the future. We have had a pleasant experience thus far.
