Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

This platform has allowed me to grow my business processes through one main "hub" platform and has made it so easy for me to onboard new members and get them acclimated to the work flow immediately.

Pros

  • Easy to use and modify
  • Really liked the task management and the lead management
  • template library makes it so easy to see how other companies use Monday

Cons

  • Its desktop version for mac is troublesome as compared to the online version and is annoying.
  • Hard to prioritise jobs. Hard to get a sense of everything not done for one contact.
  • Exceptional value for money
The software has a very easy to use interface. It offers us with a 14 day trial after our purchase. It is very easy to centralize all our customers communication via email. Easy to organize marketing campaigns thus improving our ROI.

The flexibility of boards to be created with different purposes such as client management, lead generation, financial analysis, project management, team management, file storage and so much more. I've really leaned to Monday to become my all-in-one hub for my business processes.
