Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

We use this CRM in our business to keep on top of all the clients that we have, the mailings we send out, as well as being able to make notes in individual documents. We have integrated it into Teams, and it has made our office more punctual, helped our organization keep better track of things and basically put fires out before they begin. We use the monday CRM for our BDR's to put their leads into and it helps a lot when other people that have been assigned to a certain task or project, keep better track of who we need to handle first, and the notes section allows for our organization to leave notes and update statuses as well as enter different notes that lets others working on the same project see in real time.

Pros

  • the notes section is helpful for any of us that are working on a specific project or client that we've assigned to the monday CRM Board along with the employees that are assigned to those projects or clients

Cons

  • it could be more fluid.
  • it would be great if we could seamlessly integrate other programs into the monday CRM Board without having to enter something from scratch
  • The notifications that go out when you are assigned to something coming in through emails or another user adding you to a specific project could be a little easier to understand. it's close, but not perfect!
  • We have saved several customers via the monday CRM Board due to problems within specific departments
  • We have been able to keep track of time sensitive projects that others are involved with.
  • We have a large presence on the board we use and if we assign someone new to something, all the information is right there.
There is always room for improvement. We have been able to implement Teams into the monday CRM board so that when something goes out on teams, it can be added to the monday CRM Board along with all the information to insure better client/contract relations. We don't use Salesforce but we do use Teams, Slack and general emails to help set ourselves up for success rather than failure.
There are many more options that can be used in the monday CRM Board than there seems to be in Teams or Salesforce. Slack is a very generic way to get the needed information out, and it makes the monday CRM Board very attractive in comparison

it is well suited for a scenario where a client calls in and instead of having to send out one big email to the rest of the team, it makes it more fluid to put the note into the monday CRM board so those that are working on it can also respond or add more information.

it could be made better by types of columns that could be put in, as well as keep track of each specific date that something new has been added on, as well as be able to compare it to the very last note that might have been added to the specific column in question
