Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM
It's great tool to use to organise Deals, contacts, leads, Account, Client projects and sales activities. Also you ca n have sales dashboard showing sales performance of my annual or half year or quarterly. it can track everything regarding sales stage and makes things easy to the company so its efficient tool.
Pros
- It has Deal section giving you details about the pricing value, owner, etc
- Lead section that show you sales stage
- Account section which's show what type of clients you have
Cons
- It could be better interface with more colourful pages
- Could involve AI Agent for any questions or guiding
- Could Involve integration with Call centre system
- It would organise sales activities and increase revenues of the company.
- it will be great to use for marketing as well due has marketing modules
- It's cloud base where you can connect anywhere, anytime
I feel it's easy to use the monday CRM platform and very convenient to use without any complexity. It can integrate with your email as well. It's showing you sales report that you can have discussion with your team in weekly basis. Cloud base and pricing has options for the company
