Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

Currently use to track campaign and tasks across multiple different teams. This allows for optimal collaboration and visibility across these teams with tasks assigned and visibility into the progress of task getting completed within timelines.

Very easy to use with a intuitive interface and simple navigation across all areas of the platform.
monday CRM is more user friendly and easier to use. The navigation and UI for monday CRM is more cleaner and more intuitive than Workfront.

Very simple to setup and understand the UI across multiple teams. The UI is very easy to navigate especially for users not tech savvy such as user Jira or Azure dev ops.
