Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

We brought this into our organisation to help with the multiple systems we had to strealine and centralise the various departments, systems and ongoing projects to help us be more efficient and effective in our day to day communication and also with how we report. We had previoulsy being using a system that was over capacity and lacked the functions and reporting elements we required to help with our growth

Pros

  • project tracking
  • automating various elements to make everything more efficient
  • ease of use and integration
  • offers varied levels

Cons

  • the navigation can sometimes feel clunky and isn't always intuitive
  • it's still a new system for us so needs training
  • there is so many options that it can be confusing that could be more to do with it still being new and in the early stages for us
  • increased our productivity
  • increased our staff efficiency and capacity
  • gives us more visualisation of how projects and clients are tracking
  • offers a great amount of reporting that is custom
From what we were using and working with prior to bringing this into the organisation and how it has impacted all areas of the business for us.
We have had great engagement across all departments and our teams have given positive feedback as to how this has improved their efficiency and overall capacity with their day to day projects.

We had processes in the place that required many steps and layers to them that were proving very time consuming and ineffective. Causing frustration in the team and also some elements getting missed with the volume. The system enabled us to build an automated version that does exactly what we need it to but is so much more streamlined and easy to use and follow up. it has increased our time efficiency
