Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM
We brought this into our organisation to help with the multiple systems we had to strealine and centralise the various departments, systems and ongoing projects to help us be more efficient and effective in our day to day communication and also with how we report. We had previoulsy being using a system that was over capacity and lacked the functions and reporting elements we required to help with our growth
Pros
- project tracking
- automating various elements to make everything more efficient
- ease of use and integration
- offers varied levels
Cons
- the navigation can sometimes feel clunky and isn't always intuitive
- it's still a new system for us so needs training
- there is so many options that it can be confusing that could be more to do with it still being new and in the early stages for us
- increased our productivity
- increased our staff efficiency and capacity
- gives us more visualisation of how projects and clients are tracking
- offers a great amount of reporting that is custom
