Overall Satisfaction with Monetate

We use Monetate to personalize and test experiences for different customers. It is being used by our E-commerce department Monetate addresses the different behaviors we can expect from our customer database.

Pros

Cons

  • Better UX. Dashboard can be overwhelming.
  • Offer training sessions to utilize the platform.
  • Offer a mobile app.
  • Increased lift in checkout.
  • Ability to discover consumer behavior.
  • Removes the need to discover other vendors/testing platforms.
Monetate is great to utilize to discover/address different customer behaviors on site. However, it can be difficult to utilize if you don't have the resources and are not well versed in coding.
