Overall Satisfaction with Monetate
The marketing team uses monetate to display promotional banners to the appropriate customer channels, i.e. email customers get the message they received in the email on-site. My team uses monetate to A/B test different landing page setups and experiences.
- Greater email capture for long term growth
- Higher margins on acquisition customer by not giving away the farm
Targeting is great. Easily saving targets as segments to reuse is clunky.
Simple and straight forward. Personally that’s what I prefer. Some deeper analytics may be missing and need to be backed into with what is provided.
