Overall Satisfaction with Motive
We use Motive for driver logging, sending loads, equipment/driver info, etc. Pretty much everything needed for trucking industry. Motive helps manage our fleet. All our drivers log in Motive, either manually or through ELD. I use Motive for compliance management for drivers and equipment.

- Keeps track of specific location detail
- Keeps track of HOS Violations
- Reports for finding errors and issues
Cons
- Customer service turnaround time
- Getting proper resolutions pertaining to your case
- Updates seem to interrupt smooth operation
- Wish Motive could make reports we request or changes to current reports
- Lots of vehicle gateway disconnects
- Lots of mileage errors
- Definitely improved safety
- Helps us recognize safety issues before they arise
- Drivers are not as happy as the company with logging
