Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We use it to track our drivers with front and road facing cameras. We also use it to track our fleet's location at any given time. We also run maintenance reports from it. And our drivers use the ELD's and log their drive times.

Pros

  • Tracks the fleet accurately
  • Keeps up with our Maintenace
  • Camera view is good quality

Cons

  • Getting the disconnects resolved
  • getting help to correct logs or HOS
  • Speed limits not right in certain areas
  • Improved safety
  • Held drivers accountable for actions
  • Customer service lacks a little bit.
It just seems hard to get ahold of the same person on an issue you're working with and resolving a problem.
It seems to work really well tracking our drivers and holding them accountable for their actions. I also like the document's feature so we can keep up with Maintenace.
It seems like it issues from time to time with the disconnects on the ELD's for no reason.
It seems like it works how I would expect it to work the majority of the time.

I think for a company of our size it is good. It seems to be working correctly most of the time. I'm still hesitant about customer support when we have certain issues. I think we should be able to have more admin control than we do. I think our fleet drivers should have more access and explanations of what Motive does for them.
