Overall Satisfaction with Motive

Motive is the hub for all our safety, monitoring, and eLog processes. We currently have dispatchers using 3 screens to monitor drivers, video clips of incidents, and email/messenger to communicate with the drivers. We use Motive every day to make sure our drivers are on track with their deliveries, driving safely, and following all DOT regulations.

Our two teams have worked well together. When we have a need we are able to get it addressed by Motive.
I think Motive has developed a very user-friendly platform. Many truck drivers were unhappy about switching to eLogs but Motive's system is geared toward simplicity for drivers and dispatchers.
When we have immediate needs there are times when we can’t get help, but for the most part, Motive is responsive and quick to help us with whatever issue is happening.
The others had some of the features of Motive but not all. Teletrac wasn’t user-friendly and wouldn’t stay connected. Samsara was actually pretty comparable, but we found the customer service to be lacking.

We have had a wonderful partnership with Motive. The best part is the ability to communicate our needs and then see them taken seriously to develop new features.
