Overall Satisfaction with Motive

The Motive ELD is easy to install and use for our driver. It's a simple Bluetooth Connection and the App does practically the rest. The App does make some assumptions based on Truck movement, so you will need to correct these from time to time on the Driver logs, but otherwise it's very easy to use. We use the package that comes with The Front facing and cabin facing cameras which is great. It also comes with GPS and we can provide live tracking on a case-by-case basis to our customer (links that will expire after a time we designate). It's very useful, helps us remain compliant and we feel we get our worth from it.

I haven't had to use the support very much.
It can be somewhat hands-off when set up correctly.
Again, has not really applied in our case to comment.

As said, all around I think the products and services are of value. The only thing is the logs and understanding them. Perhaps some training would be helpful.
