Overall Satisfaction with MS SharePoint / SQL

As an MSP we supported larger enterprises who benefited from Sharepoint use and sharing. Used as an active portal and shared drive. Setting up a knowledge base/FAQ for each different company was time consuming. The slightest error with permissions was the worst.

Larger enterprises definitely benefit. Smaller corporations and businesses may find this completely over doing it.
