Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Mux Video is used as our Content Delivery Network. We also leverage the analytics area of Mux to ensure that our content is being delivered in an appropriate fashion. We were in need of a reliable and scalable solution that had multiple CDNs and points of presence in their network, all of which Mux provided.

Mux is well suited for nearly every customer when it comes to out of the box video delivery and management. The APIs are well documented, maintained, and patched in the event they are prone to issues. The only minor drawback with Mux is the delay in response time if you have an immediate issue on hand.
