Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use NAKIVO Backup and Replication to protect all our virtual machines in our Nutanix Cluster. We protect Windows, Linux, and database virtual machines. Nakivo backup our major databases, that is, Oracle, Postgresql, and MS SQL Server. Nakivo is compatible with all hypervisors. We have VMWare and Nutanix. We used other backup tools that are not compatible with AHV Hypervisor.

Because it has an integrated chat on the web page. You only had to write at the floating chat and quickly some support help you to address any issue. NAKIVO has an update collector integrated that made it easy to upload some logs and report issues by sending an email to the support team. The update is pretty easy too.

NAKIVO is one of the best backup tools that is compatible with all hypervisors as well as one of the easy installation and implementation. The product is always being updated. It's compatible with most of the storage appliances out of the market, like a Qnap and others. It's very intuitive and easy to use.

I think the product has a very good price.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you have Nutanix, VMWare, and Hyper-V, specially Nutanix is the most right scenario that you can use. The less appropriate is if you only have VMWare hypervisor.

NAKIVO software one of the best backup software compatible with all hypervisors including nutanix at good price.
