Overall Satisfaction with NAKIVO Backup & Replication

We use NAKIVO Backup & Replication as our Full Backup Sollutions and MSP. The main problem we resolve with the addition of Nakivo products was the possibility of centralizing all the backups from different platforms in one single place. Including NAS, Windows Servers, Linux, EC2, Vmware, Proxmox and Microsoft365. With NAKIVO Backup & Replication we are able to send differente types of reports of the backup jobs to our clients

Cons

  • Proxmox backup
  • Disaster recovery for NAS
  • Easy access to all the backups without the need to open the job
  • For me the only problem was the annual payment. Here in Brazil we rely a lot on monthly based payment methods
  • We consider a good ROI, with NAKIVO Backup & Replication we increased the level of backup sales
  • Might have a ROI somewhere between 10 - 12 months
Had no probleme what so ever until now
All around, considering price, support, and features, it was the better choice.

NAKIVO Backup & Replication is well suited for an IT Company that need to manage all the backups in one single place. Also, it is a excellent sollution for big companys in need of one software that enables the possibility of multiple machines backup and monitoring servers and disaster recovery.
NAKIVO Backup & Replication might not be appropriate for a company that does not have an IT managing the backups
