I have rarely needed to refer to the documentation when performing basic backup or restore operations. The online help for advanced features is well-organized and descriptive.

- Very easy to install, configure and use.
- Fast recovery at VM and file level
- Technical support
Cons
- Backup to tape is slower than other available solutions, which is why it is not a viable option for us
- Compression and data deduplication algorithms could be improved
- Space reclaim is slow
- The ability to quickly recover information from backups has helped avoid project delays several times.
