Overall Satisfaction with NetBase
We are currently using to monitor and determine the effectiveness of our social media efforts. We primarily use it in our marketing department. NetBase has been essential in monitoring the sentiment of our fans.
Right now we have one person using it the most which is our Social Media Director.
- It allows us provide better customer service to our internal clients by being able to provide timely reports.
- It has allowed our social media director to respond in real time to conversations happening on socials.
- It has also improved our the efficiency in which our Social Media director has been able to do his job by allowing him to schedule posts.
I think the biggest advantage of NetBase is the ease of use and the availability of training to maximize the platform to its full potential.
I gave it an 8 because I think it has been really helpful but, there is room for improvement especially in terms of integration with Instagram which is huge network for us.
It works best when monitoring one organization's socials, because it gets really expensive when you have to monitor multiple social accounts.
