I am the only one who works within the tool, then I disseminate the information to the appropriate team member/account or sales representative, who then presents it to the client. I like to keep the insights as strategy as consistent, controlled and centralized as possible. I represent a new department that I created around the data, which is called Insights and Strategy - it is integral to our organization.
