Overall Satisfaction with NetBase

We leverage NetBase to track performance for our social clients, and to glean insights on topics and behaviors relevant to all of our clients. We use it specifically in our strategy department and within the social team for these purposes. We find the tool integral to our ability to achieve the right results by identifying conversation drivers, sentiments and high authority influencers to help shape campaigns.
  • Helps us track our share of voice, passion index and sentiment compared to our competitors.
  • Helps us monitor campaign traction through mentions count, potential impressions and more.
  • Helps us identify talking points or white space for developing content around certain topics.
  • We need access to Facebook data.
  • We wish the base level included owned social channel performance.
  • Occasionally, training a monitor can be difficult, and inaccurate.

We like the speed and precision NetBase's natural language processing (NLP) offers us.
We do need a tool that can track a broader range of channels, and potentially owned channels.
It's great for learning more about topics and overall share of voice, etc.
