Overall Satisfaction with NetBase
NetBase is used to provide an overview of the external perception of our brand(s). We utilize the social listening and export functions for both long-standing, brand key terms, as well as for ad hoc events and activations. Through NetBase, we develop in-depth analyses that highlight trends and uncover insights that are applicable to marketing, product, investor relations, customer relations, etc.
Pros

Cons
- Sales team is very pushy and will go over your head for their gain
- Data can be inconsistent at times, when compared to other tools. Sometimes there is missing, public data. But this seems to be the case with every aggregator company.
Marketing/communications
- ROI is not measurable through this. We use it solely for keeping tabs on external perception, and reporting.

The only other system we would consider would be Radian6. The reason NetBase won our business is because Radian6 has not updated its software as frequently as NetBase.
