Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
As a donor management system, it has simplified reporting and makes donor engagement very simple.
Pros
- NFG offers At-a-glance donor snapshots
- easy reporting with NFG
- ease of email eblasts
- ease of multi-channel marketing
Cons
- We'd like to add grantors into the system but exclude them where appropriate
- do not like that ticket holders and sponsors are not treated as donors
- Lapsed donors usually is accurate but double entry or donors creates confusion
- NFG 's ease of reporting makes it easy to track and compare year over year
- Lifetime donations and other cumulative data has been great
- Dashboard's a great way to organize your plans
- Noticed a nice lift in the first year, but still evaluating year 2
- NFG's year 3 pricing might be prohibitive for our small NPO, but we're hopeful to keep it
- We've met/exceeded our annual goals year 1, but too soon to tell year 2
- IT would be interesting to know how other NPO's feel year 2/year 3
Great program pricing year 1, year 2 is OK, but worried about year 3 pricing however still better than Salsa pricing.
