Overall Satisfaction with Newswire

Newswire is our go-to resource for both our own company announcements as well as for our marketing clients. We like the ease with which we can work with Newswire to get our news releases out and the ability to customize the targeting of various media outlets. We have tried other services in the past but we always come back to Newswire. It has the best ROI for us.

Highly usable tools and minimal training are needed when we get a new staff member that needs to be trained to use them. We also like the extensive feature set and options made available through the tools. The website that serves the tools is also fast and rarely has any performance issues
We like the support team better. They are better trained and less arrogant than their competitors.

A good news release service for targeting North American media outlets and focusing on B2C or B2B media outlets or a mix as needed. They are easy to use and responsive when a release is submitted for approval and it is easy to resolve any issues if they come up before our releases go out.
