Overall Satisfaction with NextGen Healthcare EHR

We use NextGen Healthcare EHR for both our pain management office and surgery center. We love the ability to customize encounters and documents to address our constantly changing workflow.

We are currently waiting for a quote from NextGen Healthcare EHR to add Ambient Mobile EHR. Just completed the DEMO yesterday. We are very excited to use this new AI feature.
You can customize any document or template to match workflow. NextGen Healthcare EHR also has Clinical decision support features with various types of alerts and reminders.
I have not used or evaluated any other EMR systems.

NextGen Healthcare EHR is great for customization to meet workflows and ever changing government requirements. Only issue is the NextGen Healthcare EHR Version upgrades are difficult if you do these customizations.
