Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use the Nextiva Business Phone Service phones on a daily basis we use the VOIP and Fax through them. I have had no problem and love it. I like that I can also log onto the computer to see my voicemails. I also use the mobile app when I am away from my desk
  • Customer Service when setting up was great
  • Ease of checking voicemail
  • Managing other employees from desktop
  • Changing greeting for main phone that customers can hear
  • Voicemail
  • App on phone you can answer and see messages
  • Text from email or cell phone
  • When internet down no phones for employees who dont use the app

I think it is easy set up and and the phones are easy to use. The tutorial online when starting is also nice to have. They helped get the numbers ported over and they let us know when we was all ready to start.
