Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We use the Nextiva Business Phone Service phones on a daily basis we use the VOIP and Fax through them. I have had no problem and love it. I like that I can also log onto the computer to see my voicemails. I also use the mobile app when I am away from my desk

- Managing other employees from desktop
- Changing greeting for main phone that customers can hear

- App on phone you can answer and see messages
- Text from email or cell phone
- When internet down no phones for employees who dont use the app
