Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Speed time to resolve issues is not consistent. Calling an 800 line is frustrating when you have employees not able to communicate with clients. If you have the time to learn and navigate Nextiva it is great, but if you don't have a position designated to it, it can be over whelming if you are in a fast past environment.

  • Admin control/access is good
  • Pricing

Cons

  • reliable access to a person. Our Account Manager seems to always need to refer us to the 800 #
  • many minor outages.
  • Communication is simpler and faster.
  • Call flow frees the receptionist

Self-learners or positions that allow for this integration, amazing. The bones and structure are great, but if you are someone who wears many hats, it will be frustrating. Nextiva is great if you are on the move, the app seems to work well and forwarding calls is a breeze.
