Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
The implementation of Nextiva was really quick and smooth. Since then, the service has received several great updates, which have made the management of it more convenient and intuitive.
Also, I appreciate how the support team resolves any issue we are facing and how quickly the service adjusts to our needs as we report them. The application is very intuitive and easy to use, and administration also does not present any issues.
However, I would like to point out a few issues: the unavailability of the mobile application in any region except the US, and the not-so-fast search engine on the admin panel.
