Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We currently have two locations, and have 15 phones at one location and 8 at the other. All phones are easy to use, and sign up with. Each VoIP phone has its own extension, transferring is easy and seamless. Being able to turn one of the phones mics into an intercom and let employees know there is a shop call is great. I do wish the mics were a little louder this way employees that are in the back could hear.
