The Best Sales Tool Out There

We use Nooks mainly for the smart dialer and virtual offices. Nooks is great for WFH companies as it still helps build a sense of community within the org. The virtual sales floor is by far my favourite feature, being able to spend time with your colleagues, hop between rooms, and have dedicated floors, truly makes up for WFH as you still get the in-office experience. Another area Nooks addresses is dialing, the smart dialer, power dialer and parallel dialers make a world of difference in terms of not only volume of calls made, but the quality of calls as well. Having the option of rotating numbers or using a local number dramatically increases connect rates and as a result, fruitful conversations. Nooks is years ahead of the next best option in my opinion.
