Overall Satisfaction with Nooks

We use Nooks as our power dialler for when we make cold calls to our prospects. The problems it addresses is our ability to do cold outreach and schedule introductory meetings with accounts that we wish to do business with. We also utilize the reporting aspect of Nooks to look into how our calls go and the details we can extract from the different conversations we have.

Pros

  • Quick connects when prospects answer the phone
  • High level of detail in reporting and analytics
  • Helping with a better connect rate when we dial compared to what we have used in the past

Cons

  • The ability to multitask while actively dialling
  • Easier navigation in call history
  • Some UI changes to make the reporting a little bit less busy looking
  • Better connect rate when calling our prospects compared to previous solutions
  • better analytics on our calls to prepare us for coaching and feedback on our performance
  • Better AI agents to help practice our cold calling and objection handling
It is a very easy to use application. The level of detail within the reporting and analytics makes our jobs as BDRs easier by giving us detailed insight into what we could be doing better and what we are excelling at. Great application to help remote teams collaborate with each other through their sales floors as well.
We used to use Orum but decided to switch due to the number of issues we would see whether it was with connect rates, dial to connect times, and the amount of technical difficulties. Nooks outperforms Orum in every aspect especially around the reporting and analytics as Nooks goes into much more detail.

Scenarios where it is well suited is within organizations where they are heavy on outbound outreach and they need to make a lot of dials. Nooks does a great job in making it very easy to complete your call tasks and does it with efficiency when people do answer the phone.

It would be less appropriate if your organization does not rely on cold calling for outreach.
