Overall Satisfaction with Nozzle
I was using another rank tracker & did a trial on this. It’s great & I purchased it PROS Great that we can change data pull frequency to be daily / weekly / monthly / etc to save on limits (My current tracker can’t do this) LOTS of data Great that there are videos for a quick overview They have an active Slack channel, and replies are really quick CONS - UX could be better. If you're now, it may take a few days to get used to. The good news is that there are loads of tutorials, videos, and a live chat Looking forward to growing with Nozzle
- - It is great that we can change data SERP frequency to be daily / weekly / monthly / etc to save on limits (My current tracker can’t do this)
- - LOTS of data, and many ways to visualize them
- - Customer service is efficient, you can get them on Live chat. They also have an active Slack channel, and replies are really quick
- Data visualization is cluttered, and can be simplified
- UI takes time to get used to, as they are trying to provide as much as possible
- Ability to change SERP pull frequency to be daily / weekly / monthly / etc
- Affordability as lower frequency SERP pulls allow saving of credits
- Comprehensive data visualization, great for many keywords and brands
- Nozzle allows me to track many more keywords than my other rank tracker, as it allows me to change SERP pull frequency to be daily / weekly / monthly / etc to save on limits
- UX could be better, and be easier on the eyes on mobile view as I use mobile a lot
- There is much more data for me to analyse compared to my other tools
- Authoritas (formerly Analytics SEO)
Easier to onboard, and easier to use. Even though there were a lot of functions, Authoritas was too complicated for me, and I could not see myself using it over the long term I felt that the Nozzle UI was better, the Nozzle team was honest, competent, and I decided to invest in them.
