Overall Satisfaction with Okta

Okta is currently used by all staff in our company. It has resolved many issues surrounding maintaining the large volume of passwords our employees need to have across the vendors that we use. It has reduced support time for password resets by a large margin, and has been a lifesaver for many.

Pros

  • Ease of use! From the well versed to the not quite computer literate - all have had great success using and maintaining their Okta accounts and logins
  • Easy to maintain
  • Active Directory integration is a plus!

Cons

  • Occasional mishaps between Box/Okta and password updates
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Reduced need for password resets by support staff
Okta is currently the only product of its type I have used, and wouldn't want to try any other with how well it has worked for us.
I think any company that has staff that need to utilize a number of passwords (which in this day, is almost everyone!) - Okta is a huge benefit to everyone!

Using Okta

I don't make this decision, but would surely emphasize the need to keep it in place to those that do.
