Overall Satisfaction with Okta
Okta is being used, from my understanding, across the organization. Its function is for single sign-on. As far as business problem, it saves time of logging in to different interfaces and remembering passwords.
- Houses most applications I use/need.
- One click sign on once password/connectivity is established.
- I see more apps that I don't use or need than apps I do use or need.
- It sometimes is a struggle to get the correct password into Okta and establish the SSO functionality with an app/system.
- Increased employee efficiency is the primary ROI I would recognize.
