Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud

It is used across the whole organisation.
  • Single sign-on capability
  • It almost always works
  • It stores information without being intrusive
  • It can sometimes not work
  • The pop-ups can be irritating at times
  • Sometimes integration between the app and the desktop version doesn't work very well.
  • Increased speed of me doing my job
  • Means I know all the tools I have access to
  • Enables me to focus on other things

When you use a lot of apps it is really useful as it means you don't have to remember loads of passwords etc. It is not so useful for apps where chrome would remember your login details anyway.

COVID-19 Response

As we went more remote using OKTA helped with accessing all our tools when we were away from the office.
As we are all working from home having secure access to systems is really important and OKAT helps us do this
OKTA allows us to access all our system remotely this has been useful in creating digital experiences for our customers.
