Overall Satisfaction with Okta

We use Okta to control SSO for half a dozen apps or more. It streamlines the process of signing in for those especially that use several apps a day.

  • under my applications the ability to organize the apps in a custom order
  • ability to view apps in the mobile app instead of it taking you to a web version and having to sign in again
  • increase productivity due to streamlining daily processes
  • decreased the fraudulent activity we have experienced in the past

Its well suited for companies that have several apps that are used daily across the org to save time from typing passwords as well as remembering them. It saves me time personally not having to remember passwords for the half dozen apps i use daily
